Terms of service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) outline the policies and agreements that govern your use of our services, including private healing sessions, readings, workshops, and any other offerings provided by Dimensional Healings. By booking a session, or
attending a workshop, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms.

1. Services Offered
Dimensional Healings offerings are intended to support personal well-being, relaxation, and energy balance, but do not replace medical or psychological treatment.

You understand and agree that:
• Our services do not diagnose or promise cures.
• Readings and all other services are for guidance only not for medical, professional, legal or financial advice.
• Healing sessions are not a substitute for professional medical care, therapy, or prescription medications.

2. Booking & Payment
• Payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise specified.
• Accepted payment methods: Credit/Debit Cards, pay ID/ bank deposit, or cash.
• Private Sessions, workshops and group event cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to receive a full refund or reschedule.
• No-shows or late cancellations may result in a partial or full charge for the session. In the case of an emergency situation, please reach out and we will do our best to accommodate you.

3. Code of Conduct
To maintain a safe and respectful healing environment
• Arrive on time for your scheduled session or event.
• No inappropriate or disruptive behaviour will be tolerated during sessions or workshops.
• Any form of harassment, abuse, or disrespect toward practitioners, instructors, or other participants will result in immediate termination of services, with no refund.

4. Health & Safety Acknowledgment
By participating in any service, you confirm that:
• You are fully responsible for your own well-being.
• You understand that Reiki or regression involves subtle energy work and may lead to emotional or physical releases.
• If you experience discomfort at any time, you will communicate this to the practitioner immediately.

5. Liability Disclaimer
• You release Dimensional Healings from any liability for injuries, damages, or losses that may occur before, during, or after any session or event.
• If you experience any adverse effects, it is your responsibility to seek appropriate medical attention.

6. Certification & Training workshops
• Reiki Attunements and certificates are awarded upon successful completion of the course requirements.
• You are responsible for complying with local laws and regulations regarding practicing energy work professionally.

7. Intellectual Property
• All materials provided in training, workshops, or sessions (manuals, meditations, techniques) are the intellectual property of Dimensional Healings and may not be copied, distributed, or reproduced without permission. You may use the materials for personal use and professional practice, but reselling or teaching based on these materials requires explicit consent.​
